Lawrence Henderson, speaks on the difference between those who just play and those who know why they are playing is found in Following the Leadership LAW to Action. Lawrence Henderson, a Leadership & Organizational Development people hacker, draws on the progressive understanding it takes self-awareness & action to see change. The art of connecting the dots within individuals /organizations is difficult when people are not engaged. As a decorated combat veteran, Lawrence utilizes life’s experiences as a means to bridge the gap between where we are to where we desire to be.
