Terrence (Dr. T) Underwood is a certified Anger Therapist and Founder of Purple Heart Talks. He is a growth-minded, inclusive thinker with more than 20 years’ experience optimizing learning outcomes with deep expertise in inclusion, leadership development, anger management, and organizational development across global organizations in diverse industries including non-profits, technology, financial services, and higher education.
Dr. Underwood has served in management roles focused on Leadership and Organizational Development for the past 20 years. This includes a 17-year tenure in Leadership and Organization Development at a Fortune 500. Currently, Dr. Underwood is the Vice President for a globally recognized consulting agency where he heads their global Leading, Equity, and Inclusion (LEI) department.
