About
Us
At the National Association of Minority Speakers (NAMS), our mission is to amplify diverse voices and provide innovative workforce solutions that drive meaningful change.
Founded by Dr. Terrence Underwood, NAMS was created to address the need for more inclusive representation in professional speaking engagements and to empower organizations with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly diverse world.
What began as a platform for minority speakers has evolved into a comprehensive workforce development organization.
Today, NAMS offers a wide range of services, including DEI training, executive coaching, anger management courses, curriculum design, and media solutions. We work with top-tier companies, educational institutions, and community organizations to create more inclusive and equitable environments where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
